3Google Ads

• You are running Google Ads. Confirmed, a live ad targeting "rockingham plumbers safety bay" sending traffic to your Rockingham plumbing page.
• That page is only around 20-25% actually about Rockingham. The heading still says "Our Perth Peeps Love Us!" and every testimonial on it is the same generic name used on every other page, none from Rockingham.

4Website

• Clear phone number and "Book Now" buttons throughout, that part's working.

• Your best offer is buried on one page. "Beat any written quote by 5%, up to $200 back in your pocket" only appears on the affordable plumbers page. Everywhere else it's a vague badge that says "Best Price Guaranteed," which every trade in Perth claims and means nothing.
• No pricing shown anywhere on plumbing or electrical, despite both claiming "upfront pricing." Your hot water site shows real prices from $1,199. The other two don't, and price is the number one hesitation before someone calls a tradie.
• Your Fremantle page is a copy-paste template, same structure as every other suburb, just the name swapped.
• No stated response time anywhere, on the electrical site or the emergency plumbing page. In this trade, the business that calls back first usually gets the job, ahead of price or reviews.

5One business, five websites, working against itself

• You're running five separate sites: sarros.com.au, sarrosplumbing.com.au, sarroselectrical.com.au, sarroshotwater.com.au and sarrosappliances.com.au.
